A leading company in Plastic packaging are on the lookout for a great Production Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising production processes to meet set targets.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Good verbal and written communication
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a plastic packaging industry environment, with at least 2 years in a Production Manager role.
Strong understanding of production processes and ability to troubleshoot.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
