We are looking for someone who is dynamic and energetic and looking to join a team at a fast growing MSP in Sandton. There is significant room for training and growth within the company.
Duties will include:
- Onsite and Remote Technical Support
- Working with clients directly as well as within the NOC
- Working primarily with SME customers
- Supporting Desktop, Managed Services and Networks
- Ability to work with others in a team and escalate when necessary
Office hours are Monday-Friday 08h00-17h00

Candidate Requirements
Requirements
- Matric
- Drivers License
- Own Reliable Car (all business travel is reimbursed on a per km basis)
- Strong problem solving ability and ability to think clearly under pressure
- Must have a genuine passion and interest in technology and computing
- Must have a good practical understanding of desktop support and basic networking concepts
- Must have at least 5 years relevant experience in a similar role
Advantageous
- Relevant IT Certifications are beneficial, but not an absolute requirement either
- OS X and Linux experience
- Windows Server Operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP - with the ability to understand and resolve incidents from event logs
- Proxmox
- Virtualisation, Hyper-V, Vmware ESXI
- Networking, routing, gateways and VLANs
- Ability to diagnose network connection issues, permissions, file shares, SMB, FTP as well as network printing
- Mikrotik and Cisco
- Office 365, Exchange and Outlook
