Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with strong reconciliation and administrative skills?

My client is seeking a Finance Administrator to support their financial operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

This role is based in Century City, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and reconcile supplier invoices, petty cash, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare and manage banking transactions, including payments, transfers, and account monitoring for cash flow.
Perform weekly bank reconciliations and maintain organized banking records.
Assist with month-end processes, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and management accounts.
Update and manage the fixed assets module, running depreciation at the month-end.
Reconcile LPM and CEMS data, investigating and escalating variances.
Oversee stationery procurement and stock tracking, ensuring accurate posting to the General Ledger.
Monitor and report on staff usage of company assets, fleet expenses, and cellphone costs.
Support BEE compliance reporting and audits.
Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to financial and regulatory policies.

Requirements:

Certificate/National Diploma in Bookkeeping or Finance related.
Experience in financial administration, accounts payable, or bookkeeping.
Strong reconciliation and data management skills.
Knowledge of financial reporting, fixed assets, and compliance regulations.
Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
