Role: PrQS (Professional Quantity Surveyor)

Industry: Construction / Engineering

Level: Mid- Senio

Key Requirements:

•           Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

•           Professional registration with SACQSP (PrQS) – essential

•           Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects

•           Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, GCC, NEC)

•           Expertise in cost estimation, BOQs, and contract administration

•           Proficiency in QS software (WinQS, Candy, MS Excel, etc.)

•           Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•           Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

•           Effective communication and negotiation skills

•           Ability to work independently and within a team
