Requirements:

✔ Qualified electrician with relevant certification.

✔ Extensive fault-finding experience in inverters, batteries, and solar energy systems.

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✔ Fluent in English (spoken and written).

✔ Computer literate – must be able to use diagnostic software, email, and reporting tools.

✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills.

✔ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.

✔ Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends.
