We are seeking a self-motivated individual, driven by a passion for creating beautiful, user-friendly websites, to join us in a full-time remote role.
The ideal candidate for the Web Designer role should be comfortable working on both small and large-scale projects, and should bring an innovative flair and meticulous attention to detail to every project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for
- creating engaging website designs with Elementor
- designing prototypes from scratch or existing layouts
- developing websites according to modern standards
- creating visually appealing content with the help of Canva, Photoshop or a similar image editor
They should be well-versed in multiple coding languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP and possess knowledge of Photoshop and other graphic design tools.
Moreover, they should possess experience in designing responsive websites, the ability to troubleshoot technical issues when needed, a good eye for colour combinations, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required Skills
- Graphic Design: 3 to 4 years

Candidate Requirements
Responsibilities include:
- Designing structure & layout of websites using Elementor
- Creating mock-ups for website designs
- Working collaboratively with clients & colleagues to determine design requirements
- Developing graphics for use on websites & social media, including logos, icons and product/service images
- Create interactive elements such as menus and forms
- Editing images used within web pages as appropriate
- Testing functionality across different browsers
- Ensuring cross-browser compatibility issues are resolved efficiently
- Troubleshooting technical problems related to website development
- Working under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Provide technical support for existing designs when necessary
- Staying abreast of current best practices within web design
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a web designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- A comprehensive portfolio that highlights your design skills, including examples of websites you have designed, and illustrates your ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
- Experience with Elementor
- Understanding of Canva or similar tools
- Knowledge of HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Knowledge of UI/UX principals
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines set by clients
- High attention to detail in design execution, ensuring pixel-perfect layouts and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to design projects, with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends.
