Are you a detail-oriented and numerically skilled professional looking for an opportunity in finance? We are seeking a Finance Administrator to join our team and ensure that our financial operations align with fundamental financial principles.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Operational Excellence

• Capture newly purchased assets onto the accounting system
• Process monthly asset depreciation
• Ensure creditors’ payments are processed accurately and on time
• Manage and reconcile petty cash and bank clearing accounts

✅ Financial Administration

• Prepare monthly expense reports
• Maintain and manage debtors
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with audits to ensure a smooth and timely process

✅ Self-Development & Growth

• Complete all required training programs
• Contribute to business growth by identifying process improvements
• Actively support and collaborate with team members

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Qualifications & Experience

• 2 – 4 years of relevant finance experience
• Finance-related tertiary qualification
• Grade 12 certification
• Valid SA driver’s license & own vehicle

🔹 Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Time management and organizational skills
