Join an FMCG team as an Engineering Manager in KZN!

You’ll oversee daily maintenance operations, manage project planning and budget control, and ensure compliance with safety standards. This role involves strategising to improve machine efficiencies and reduce downtime, managing assets, and leading a team of engineering professionals. You will be pivotal in maintaining high-quality operations and aligning engineering activities with the company's financial and operational goals.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should have a Mechanical Engineering degree or diploma and a GCC (Factories), at least 8 years of FMCG food manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role. You’ll need a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
