Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial management, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations (VAT, PAYE, and tax) and optimizing cash flow.
Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, annual financial statements, and forecasts for executive decision-making.
Manage the finance team, payroll, and external audits while maintaining robust internal controls.
Oversee balance sheet reconciliations (bank, debtors, and creditors) and streamline invoicing/payment processes.
Implement cost-control measures and financial best practices to enhance efficiency and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

CA(SA) qualification with 10+ years of experience in financial management.
Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance (IFRS, tax, and payroll).
