Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our team. The Solar Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, educating customers on the benefits of solar energy solutions, and closing sales to meet sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of solar energy technologies, and a proven track record of sales success.Responsibilities:Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and cold calling to identify potential customers interested in solar energy solutions.Conduct consultations with customers to assess their energy needs, explain the benefits of solar energy, and recommend appropriate solar products and services.Prepare and present proposals and quotes to customers, outlining the costs, savings, and return on investment of solar energy systems.Negotiate contracts and terms with customers to close sales and achieve sales targets.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely installation and delivery of solar energy systems.Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in solar energy to effectively educate customers and maintain a competitive edge.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers and promote solar energy solutions.Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the solar energy industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of solar energy technologies, including solar panels, inverters, and battery storage systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to meet with customers and attend events as needed.
