The Integration Specialist will be responsible for the IT functions that directly impact client relationships and requires quick turn around times. Primary focus will be on integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems and providing technical support throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

Participating in various IT integration functions
Monitoring transaction irregularities in value chain
Providing technical support to clients post-integration
Ensuring seamless connectivity between systems and assisting clients through the integration process
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve integration related issues
Investigating application logs and conducting test transactions in live environments

Education:

2 - 3 years' experience in a similar role
Experience in SQL, IT systems monitoring, and customer support
