Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior female Sales Clerk to join our team. The Junior Sales Clerk will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, processing payments, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales role or operational manager.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs
2. Process customer transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
3. Restock merchandise on shelves and maintain store cleanliness
4. Provide exceptional customer service at all times
5. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
6. Learn about product features and promotions to effectively sell to customers
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
8. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work weekends and holidays as needed
