If you are an immediately available Accountant, with a keen eye for detail, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a prestigious property company renowned for its diverse portfolio and commitment to excellence in the real estate industry.

Our client, a prominent name in the property industry, with nearly 20 years of success in the South African and Sub-Saharan African markets, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join their finance team on a 6-month contract.

Duties:

Preparation of annual financial statements
VAT and tax submissions
Budgeting and forecasting
Reviews of bank reconciliations
Processing journal entries
Management accounts

Education and Experience:

BCom Accounting
SAIPA or SAICA articles would be an advantage
At least 5 years' experience in a similar role is required

Skills:

Experience with CaseWare or Draftworx would be beneficial
