Your Role:
- â Lead the development of complex web and mobile-friendly applications
- â Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance front-end solutions
- â Guide and mentor Senior and Junior Engineers
- â Define and evolve front-end standards, tools, and shared libraries
- â Stay ahead of emerging technologies and advocate for best practices
- â Collaborate with UI/UX Designers, Back-End Engineers, and leadership
- â Optimize state management, performance, and accessibility
What You’ll Need:
- â 7+ years of experience in Angular and front-end development
- â Expertise in Angular, TypeScript, and scalable architecture patterns
- â Deep experience with state management (NGRX, or Redux) and functional programming
- â Proven leadership in driving front-end excellence and mentoring teams
- â Strong experience building design systems and shared component libraries
- â Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- â Experience working in Agile environments with iterative development
Bonus Points For:
- â Experience as a Principal Engineer or technical lead
- â Contributions to open-source projects, technical blogs, or public speaking
- â Expertise with Figma for design collaboration
- â Knowledge of WebAssembly, advanced browser APIs, or cutting-edge tools
- â Experience defining front-end governance and best practices
