Your Role:
- â Gather, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources to ensure quality and accuracy
- â Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and anomalies
- â Create reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
- â Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to ensure data accessibility and transformation
- â Translate complex data into actionable business insights and strategies
- â Lead the analysis and mentor Junior Analysts on best practices and technical approaches
- â Contribute to the development of the company’s data strategy
What You’ll Need:
- â 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst (8+ years preferred)
- â Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- â Strong skills in data wrangling and cleaning techniques
- â Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- â Knowledge of statistical analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, Excel)
- â Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- â Proven leadership and mentorship experience for junior team members
Bonus Points For:
- â Experience in retail or consumer analytics
- â Exposure to advanced analytics techniques like machine learning and predictive modeling
- â Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis
- â Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP)
- â Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, and Spark)
