- High school diploma.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or hospitality is advantageous.
- Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties will include but not limited to
- Restaurant operations day to day Answering phone / making bookings / assisting with general queries
- Processing guest payments
- Printing and handling of Restaurant accounts
- Dealing with guest complaints
- Managing a team of approximately 10 staff members
- Delegating daily Restaurant duties for waiters â cleaning / setting tables / setup of function venues
- Working on Semper POS system as well as reservations systems
Some shifts might have some elements of Reservations reception â checking in guests / checking out guests / assisting with queries - Previous experience in functions not a must but would give a large advantage
- Assisting Restaurant Manager on duty with any additional tasks given
- Willing to work shifts (morning OR afternoon shift)
- Willing to work weekends / holidays
