Minimum Requirements:
- â Tertiary qualification in software development, computer science, or engineering
- â Proven experience managing technical teams in a software development environment
- â Strong technical background to assist with estimations and recruitment
- â Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- â Excellent leadership and collaboration skills
- â Experience in performance management or recruitment is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- ð¹ Lead and manage a team of Developers, ensuring optimal performance and career growth
- ð¹ Oversee resource allocation, workload balancing, and onboarding/offboarding
- ð¹ Collaborate with Senior Developers and HR to manage recruitment
- ð¹ Facilitate effective communication with Project Managers and stakeholders
- ð¹ Support work estimation and delivery commitments with technical expertise
- ð¹ Supervise code reviews, testing, and Agile processes
- ð¹ Be the escalation point for any team challenges
- ð¹ Continuously drive Agile best practices and process optimization
