A client in the real-time data solutions space is looking for a Senior IT Network Administrator to join their in-office team in the heart of Johannesburg North. This role is critical to the business, to ensure the correct handling of complex IT issues, ensure network stability, and lead IT projects.

Qualifications:

Matric
CompTIA A+ and N+
MCSA OR CCNA
CCNP or Juniper Network certifications
ITIL Certified
Zabbix Certified

Requirements:

5 to 7 years' experience in IT support, network administration and systems troubleshooting
Second line IT support
Network optimization experience
TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP and firewall management

KPA’s:

System and server management
Remote support
Troubleshooting
Network administration and security
Wireless networking
On-site support for hardware, software and network issues
Deployment and customer site support
Troubleshoot Windows
Maintain IT infrastructure
