Are you an experienced Systems Administrator with a passion for maintaining secure, high-performing IT infrastructure? Qualifications:

â 3-5+ years' experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role
â Certifications: MSCE, A+, N+, Security+, ITIL, Linux+ (advantageous)
â Experience with Hyper-V, VMware, DNS Management, Office 365, Azure, and Exchange
â Strong knowledge of network security, backup/recovery, and IT automation (PowerShell, or CLI)

Key Responsibilities:

ð¹ Maintain & optimize IT infrastructure, servers, and networks
ð¹ Ensure system security through access controls, patch management, and backups
ð¹ Automate processes and manage virtualization (Hyper-V, or VMware)
ð¹ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
ð¹ Implement disaster recovery plans and capacity planning
