Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

Rentals and expenses management (for 45 to 50 properties)
Payment preparation
Invoicing and accounts processing
Reconciliations
Management of the rent roll

Education Requirements:

Qualified CA(SA) essential

Job Requirements and Skills:

Completed SAICA articles essential
Experience with property industry clients
Strong MS Excel skills
CaseWare experience
Pastel Sage Evolution experience
Deadline driven
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player
