The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide and perform financial administration support duties.

Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

Annual business license renewals
Submission of insurance claims
Vehicle fleet management
Company mobile devices
Forex transactions processing and calculation of losses and gains
Donor projects maintenance
Bank management
Agreements and contracts

Education Requirements:

Completed Matric (Grade 12)
Relevant tertiary qualification preferred

Job Requirements and Skills:

1 to 2 years' experience within a finance administration position essential
Computer literate (MS Office)
Deadline driven
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player
