Sondor Industries a leading manufacturer and convertor of cellular foam rubber requires the services of Production/Machine operators. The successful applicant will require a thorough knowledge of safe work practices and prior working and machine operating skills. The position is at our Pinetown, New Germany factory.

KZN/DURBAN

Required Skills

Machine Cutting: 3 to 4 years
Machine Setup: 3 to 4 years
Multi Skills: 4 to 5 years

Candidate Requirements

Garde 12 or matric or Equavalent qualification Alternatively, NQF L3/4 in process manufacturing/or Production technology. Prior working knowledge and experience on various types of hydraulic / HS Hawkes presses, Slitting/cutting machines, strip/or scissor cutters and bandsaws. Also having the ability to operate CNC cutting machines. Willingness to be multiskilled.

Reading and understanding works order requirements. Able to operate machines on a rotational basis etc

Must be of sober habits, no drug addictions/or dependancy. Willing and able to be work shifts if required.
