A leading short-term administration company is seeking a BI Analyst Developer to join their IT Solutions Team. An exciting opportunity for an analytical, solutions-driven professional with a passion for data and business intelligence.

You’ll work closely with business divisions to design and build BI solutions that create a single source of truth, enhance reporting capabilities, and support decision-making at all levels. Qualifications:

Relevant Degree in a related field.

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience as a BI Analyst Developer.
Strong skills in either Power BI or Qlik.
Advanced SQL proficiency.
Demonstrated project delivery success.
Strong numeracy and analytical thinking.

Advantageous Skills:

Experience with MS SQL Server, SSIS, and Power BI.
Exposure to Snowflake, Talend, and Qlik.

Key Performance Areas:

Elicit and analyse business requirements.
Design, build, and maintain end-to-end BI solutions.
Integrate data from multiple sources into a single source of truth.
Conduct relational and dimensional data modelling.
Build insightful reports and dashboards to drive business improvement.
Mentor and support junior team members.
