A leading short-term administration company is seeking a BI Analyst Developer to join their IT Solutions Team. An exciting opportunity for an analytical, solutions-driven professional with a passion for data and business intelligence. If you enjoy working across the full BI stack, turning complex data into actionable insights, and contributing to strategic business goals, this is your opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, data-focused environment. You’ll work closely with business divisions to design and build BI solutions that create a single source of truth, enhance reporting capabilities, and support decision-making at all levels. Qualifications:

Relevant degree in a related field.

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience as a BI Analyst Developer.
Strong skills in either Power BI or Qlik.
Advanced SQL proficiency.
Demonstrated project delivery success.
Strong numeracy and analytical thinking.

Advantageous Skills:

Experience with MS SQL Server, SSIS, Power BI.
Exposure to Snowflake, Talend, Qlik.

Key Performance Areas:

Elicit and analyse business requirements.
Design, build, and maintain end-to-end BI solutions.
Integrate data from multiple sources into a single source of truth.
Conduct relational and dimensional data modelling.
Build insightful reports and dashboards to drive business improvement.
Mentor and support junior team members.
