You’ll be the go-to expert for system integrations, ensuring smooth technical onboarding and support for clients. You’ll work alongside internal and external stakeholders, monitor integrations, consult clients through the process, and troubleshoot technical issues — all while enjoying a culture that values innovation, initiative, and teamwork.

Qualifications:

Relevant tertiary IT qualification.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in SQL, IT systems monitoring, and MS Office (especially Excel).
Experience in customer support within a tech/IT environment.
Background in Financial Services or Payments industry (understanding of reconciliation & settlement processes is beneficial).

Key Performance Areas:

Support and stage monitoring of Biller integrations.
Ad hoc SQL report generation.
Transaction irregularity monitoring across the value chain.
Technical client consultations and support post-integration.
Troubleshooting, log investigations, and live environment testing.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve integration issues.
