In a world where brick-and-mortar shops be sinking beneath the waves of online convenience, this crew charts a bold course to breathe new life into the experience of shopping ashore.

Captain the creative direction of applications and design systems, ensuring consistency and usability across all decks
Translate user needs and business maps into engaging, scalable design treasures
Draft conceptual maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that align with the product's grand vision
Conduct UX reconnaissance and test the waters of competitive designs to refine yer strategy
Mentor and guide yer fellow designers, empowering them to elevate their craft and solve design puzzles
Work in tandem with the crew of engineers and product managers to ensure seamless voyages from design to implementation
Maintain a scalable design system that keeps the brand shipshape and aligned with modern accessibility charts
Advocate for user-centered principles and iterate upon yer designs to reflect feedback from the seas

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 7+ years charting a course in UI/UX design, with 3+ years steering teams as a senior designer
A portfolio bursting with creative treasures, showcasing yer problem-solving prowess and innovative designs
Expertise in Figma and other design tools, with a master’s touch in creating scalable design systems
Command over user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and research methods
Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Angular, Ionic, and TailwindCSS to ensure yer visions become reality
Leadership skills worthy of the fiercest pirate captain, mentoring yer crew to new heights
Stellar communication and presentation abilities to share yer designs with all on deck

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
A knack for motion design, micro-interactions, or illustration
Proficiency in user testing tools and analytics to inform design decisions
