Job description

We’re seeking a highly motivated, proactive and self-driven graphic designer to join our energetic and fast-paced design team. You’ll provide support on a variety of projects, including creating billboard ads for local businesses, brand developments and content for social media.

Responsibilities:

Understand project requirements and concepts
Use various techniques to create drafts, models, and prototypes
Produce final design solutions, like logos, banners, and interfaces
Produce content and graphics for social media
Pitch creative ideas
Collaborate with team members to launch projects
Use feedback from clients to improve

Candidate Requirements

Skills:

Creative with a high level of attention to detail/passionate about design
Has an eye for good design and is able to effectively articulate visual composition
Understanding of printing processes, illustration and typography
Must have organizational skills, keep up with file maintenance, and be comfortable with taking direction.
Well developed communication skills both in person and by phone/email
Time management skills and ability to multi-task and thrive in a team environment under tight deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude

Requirements:

Bachelor in Fine Arts in Graphic Design or equivalent from an accredited college
1 to 2 years experience in Graphic Design
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
Social Media Management is a plus
