Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting:

Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial close of ledgers for all group companies. Prepare and publish monthly financial statements by the 10^th of the month for the previous month.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and ensure these are in Sage Intact to run monthly variance report.

Compliance and Auditing:

 Assist in compliance audits, regulatory reporting, and coordinate auditing processes.

Risk Management:

Evaluate and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations. Regular conversations and weekly meetings with Sonnovate our Invoice Finance Provider.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and manage the finance team (currently 4 people)

Key Skills

Leadership:

Develop collaborative relationships with executives and other directors to meet information needs.

Analytical Skills:

Strong numerical and analytical skills to produce regular management reports and operate to deadlines.

Technical Proficiency:

Experience with accounting software ideally Sage Intaact.

Communication:

 Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.

MUST HAVE’S

·       Accurate Timely Reporting of management accounts

·       ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.

·       Ability to work as part of a group
