v  Job Description: Payroll Administrator

v  Reports to: Payroll Manager 

Primary Responsibilities

v  Working with our Consultants to efficiently process candidate hours and expenses accurately through one of many required VMS systems.

v  Duplicating the submission of candidate hours onto our own CRM Salesforce.

v  Where necessary, requesting an extension on candidate assignments in the eventuality that the booking has expired.

v  Quality checking timesheet approvals against the specific vendor self-bill’s before finalising payroll.

v  Assisting the Operations Director in sending self-bills to our Umbrella contacts.

v  Regularly audit pay and charge rates, comparing our CRM rates to those on the bookings and escalating any discrepancies to the Operations Director.
