Employer: Express Employment Professionals (Middelburg)

Responsibilities

Normal day-to-day duties of a yard supervisor.
Communication with owners, employees & clients.
Sleepover & truck wash management & invoicing on daily basis – must ensure that every vehicle on the premises is there for the right reason & that they have given correct details (eg. Company name, contact number, order number etc.).
Fuel receiving – oversee, check and file paperwork.
Diesel stocksheets – daily & monthly reporting – balance with Admin.
Stock control.
Diesel dip readings - daily.
Oversee truck filling / card machine operations.
General maintenance & overall tidiness of the property.
Will need to travel on behalf of company – eg. Shop for stock, maintenance issues etc.

Required Skills

Excel: 3 to 4 years
Admin Skills: 3 to 4 years
Security Experience: 2 to 3 years
Computer And Mathematics Literate : 2 to 3 years
Experience With Fuel Operations: 2 to 3 years

Candidate Requirements

Requirements

Must live within 30km from Middelburg, Mpumalanga.
Min. 1-2 years’ experience in truck stop / diesel depot or related.
Security experience will be an advantage.
Excellent admin skills.
Accuracy in reporting to owners.
Computer & mathematics literate.
Excellent in Excel.
Target driven.
Fast learner & team worker.
Sober habits.
Very good communication skills.
Flexible hours – must be willing to work shifts which includes weekends & after hours.
Own transport – must have own reliable transport to enable person to arrive at work on time (at different hours – as per shift).
