Qualifications/Experience:

·        BCOM degree or equivalent qualification

·        3-5 years of operations experience, with at least 2 years in a management role

·        Experience in managing products and stock for short lifespan food products

·        Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, costs, and product profitability

·        Ability to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

·        Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel

·        Strong leadership and team management skills

·        Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
