We are hiring on behalf of a leading player in the Real Estate industry, known for its innovative approach and dynamic growth. Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Researcher with a background in Construction Studies or Property Studies to join their expanding team.

As a Graduate Researcher, you will play a crucial role in supporting research initiatives, analyzing market trends, and providing insights into the construction and property sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent Graduate who is passionate about real estate, construction, and property development, with the ambition to grow within a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research on market trends, property developments, and construction innovations.
Analyze data and produce reports that provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Support senior team members in research for new property acquisitions, investments, and project developments.
Assist with creating market analysis reports, feasibility studies, and other documentation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and key developments in real estate and construction sectors.
Provide administrative support for project planning and property evaluation processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

A recent Graduate or soon-to-be Graduate with a Degree in Construction Studies, Property Studies, or a related field.
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data and present findings effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and experience with research tools.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
A keen interest in the real estate and construction sectors, with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
