Maintain organized financial records and administrative systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
Provide strategic financial insights and advisory support to drive business growth and decision-making
Analyse financial data and trends to identify opportunities for improved performance and profitability
Take initiative in problem-solving and process improvement, bringing fresh, creative ideas to accounting practices
Handle general ledger reconciliations, tax filings, and compliance requirements with precision
Support clients with customized financial strategies, ensuring their needs are met with proactive solutions
Work independently while also collaborating with teams to execute business accounting initiatives effectively
Communicate complex financial concepts in a clear, concise, and client-friendly manner
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, applying innovative approaches to financial management
 
Skills & Experience:
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Draftworx Cloud and Xero is essential
Tax Knowledge: Strong understanding of tax regulations and practical application in financial management

Qualification:
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (BCom, BCompt, or BAcc) is required
Completion of SAIPA or SAICA articles is essential
