We are currently assisting one of our clients in seeking an experienced Construction Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a solid background in the construction industry.

Key Requirements:

·       5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor at a construction firm

·       Strong understanding of construction processes, cost management, and contract administration

·       Based in Cape Town

·       Must be fluent in English & Afrikaans

·       Attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team
