Our client is a dynamic and growing multi-company group with a strong presence in the property sector, alongside other divisions. From managing real estate assets to driving new business opportunities, they operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where financial insight is key to success. They are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join their team and play a key role in their financial operations.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong accounting background, who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
 
Duties Include (Not Limited to):

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Oversee cash flow management and financial planning
• Support audits and liaise with external Auditors and Yax Advisors
• Implement financial controls and best practices

 
Education:

• Completed BCom Degree in a related field

 
Experience:

• 5+ years accounting experience required
• Multiple company experience required
