Listen up! Seeking a Management Accountant in the FMCG Industry!

Our client, a trailblazer in the FMCG sector, is on the lookout for a skilled Management Accountant to join their finance division in Cape Town’s northern suburbs.

Duties:

Take charge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, providing critical insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
You’ll manage product costing and analyze margins, working closely with operations to ensure cost control and improve profitability.
Prepare and present timely, accurate management accounts, highlighting key insights, variances, and trends to inform strategic decisions.
Work hand-in-hand with departments like production and sales to provide financial guidance and optimize business performance.
Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, streamline reporting, and improve internal controls to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:
- BCom Degree.
- Started or completed your CIMA qualification (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants).
Experience:
- At least 6-7 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a management accounting or financial analysis role, ideally within the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced sector.
