A reputable property company, based in Pretoria, is seeking a Financial Accountant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial reporting and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Management of general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Maintain and update financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
Perform variance analysis and provide financial insights to management.
Ensure tax compliance and assist with regulatory reporting.
Support internal and external audits, as required.

Requirements:

Qualification: BCom Degree, with SAICA or SAIPA accreditation.
Experience: 1-2 years post-articles experience in financial accounting.
Skills: MDA experience will be advantageous.
Languages: Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
