Job Experience & Skills Required:

3+ years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
Proficiency in financial reporting and cost management
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus
Strong business acumen and analytical mindset

Qualifications:

BCom in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CIMA or CA(SA) qualification advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decisions
Conduct cost analysis and implement cost-saving initiatives
Develop budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads
Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
