Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in a relevant field
Role-related certification in Agile and Product Ownership

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Product Owner
B2B product experience is essential
Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics in South Africa

Advantageous Experience:

Full product life-cycle management
Use of tools like Power BI, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and HubSpot
Customer research experience (e.g., shadowing, and focus groups)
Experience in Agile frameworks: Scrum, and Kanban
Roadmap creation, product strategy, and A/B testing

Key Performance Areas (KPA’s):

Define and maintain product vision and strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
Create, manage, and refine product roadmaps
Prioritise user stories and ensure data-driven decision-making
Drive product adoption, performance analysis, and continuous enhancement
