We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Role: Project Leader – Construction Monitoring

Industry: Engineering & Construction

Level: Mid to Senior

Key Requirements:

•           Develop and implement monitoring requirements in the Project Quality Plan.

•           Assess the effectiveness of construction monitoring and compliance.

•           Ensure site-specific Engineer’s Representative (ER) procedures align with client briefs and contract conditions.

•           Oversee periodic, part-time, or full-time construction monitoring based on project needs.

•           Monitor contractor’s quality control, material approvals, and work procedures.

•           Review and approve contractor programs, site instructions, and progress reports.

•           Assist in cost monitoring, testing, and commissioning of plant and equipment.

•           Maintain site records, diaries, and ‘as-built’ documentation.
