Role: Professional Quantity Surveyor

Industry: Construction & Retail Development

Level: Senior

Key Requirements:

•           Postgraduate degree in Quantity surveying or relevant field

•           Professionally registered as a Quantity Surveyor

•           10 years’ experience in quantity surveying.

•           Extensive experience in retail construction projects.

•           Proficient in cost estimation, contract administration, and financial management of projects.

•           Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, JBCC, NEC, etc.).

•           Ability to manage project budgets, BOQs, and tender processes.

•           Skilled in preparing financial reports, progress claims, and final accounts.

•           Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•           Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

•           Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to project cost control.

•           Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
