A corporate Retailer has a vacancy for an Operations Department Manager for Stores in Gauteng and Louis Trichardt.

The successful Applicant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through the managment of day to day operations ensuring a well maintained safe, hygienic and secure store environment.

Minimize shrinkage through logistic support and ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to.

Develop, recruit, retain and lead a competent and motivated operations team.

Performance managment.

Implement loss control measures.

Implement stock movement processes, turn around times, receiving,  stockroom processes and dispatching.

Store security and minimize stock loss.

Maintain health and safety procedures

Control and order consumables.

Ensure Service Level Agreements.
