My client is a powerhouse in property management across Africa! They are seeking to hire a Financial Controller to drive compliance, reporting, and strategic financial insight.

My client has been a leader in property management across Africa for over two decades, overseeing some of the continent’s largest malls and commercial centres. With a strong footprint in multiple countries, the company specializes in managing high-value retail, office, and mixed-use developments. The company is known for its innovative approach, ensuring long-term value creation for investors and tenants alike. Their expertise in asset management, leasing, and financial oversight has solidified their reputation as a trusted name in the industry. This role reports to the Senior Finance Manager and some of the responsibilities are preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, conducting variance analysis and financial forecasting overseeing, and implementing financial controls to mitigate risks budgeting processes and financial planning.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom Degree in accounting
• MDA system
• 9 years of relevant property experience
