Somerset West: My client has a vacancy a Junior Operations Manager / Coordinator to provide essential operational and administrative support to its team. This role requires a proactive, highly organised, and solutions-driven individual who can ensure seamless day-to-day operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Maintain exceptional attention to detail and ensure tasks are executed precisely as required
Follow instructions accurately while demonstrating initiative
Think proactively and provide innovative solutions to operational challenges
Organise and prioritise tasks effectively to support business operations
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Apply strong organisational skills to enhance workflow efficiency
Approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and a high level of dependability
Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced setting

Criteria for the Role:

Matric
Minimum 4 years’ experience in an operations, administrative, or managerial support role
Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to managing tasks
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Pastel Evolution exp a definite adv
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Interest or experience in environmental services or consulting (advantageous)
Excellent command of the English language with a good proficiency in Afrikaans
