We are seeking a skilled and experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5Years of experience providing desktop support on Microsoft desktops, Ms 365 and Ms Azure, along with basic network support skills. The role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work  independently while providing top-notch support to clients. 
 

Key Performance Areas:


Provide desktop support for Microsoft-based environments, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.


Assist users with MS 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.


Manage and support MS Azure environments, including user administration and basic cloud troubleshooting.


Perform basic network support, such as configuring routers, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and managing network devices.


Ensure timely resolution of technical issues via remote and on-site support.


Document issues, solutions, and best practices to improve efficiency and knowledge sharing.


Provide user training and support to enhance the overall IT experience.


Maintain hardware and software inventory, ensuring all devices are up to date and functional.


Travel to client sites as required using own car.
