- Foster positive relationships with inactive clients, understand their current needs, and provide personalized solutions to rekindle the business connection.
- Introduce promotions and new products to spark interest in additional value-added services.
- Accurately document all customer communications and outcomes in the CRM system, maintaining up-to-date account status information.
- Set up follow-up calls and track interactions to effectively nurture leads and maximize conversion opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business strategies and aligning solutions accordingly.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure a consistent and professional customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and respond to service inquiries to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Ensure quick turnaround times and be readily available and accessible to customers.
- Partner with colleagues in sales, marketing, and technical support to align strategies for reactivating dormant accounts.
- Liaise with internal departments including finance, service, and warehouse to ensure seamless account management.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure proper implementation of solutions.
- Maintain accurate and updated account information within the CRM system for effective opportunity management and forecasting.
- Forecast, monitor, and manage stock requirements for assigned accounts.
- Plan and facilitate training sessions for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Educate clients on product innovations, best practices, and the latest technology trends impacting their industry.
- Continuously upskill on brands, OEMs, and solutions to stay ahead in the industry.
- Ensure customers receive ongoing training and updates to maximize their engagement and product adoption.
- Stay up to date with competitor activities and market trends to ensure a competitive edge.
- Provide detailed reports on account progress, sales performance, and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor account metrics and KPIs, ensuring all targets are met or exceeded.
- Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for re-engaging dormant accounts, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective outbound calling strategies.
