πΉ Skedule Bestuur & Kantoor Organisasie
- Bestuur en beplan afsprake, vergaderings en besigheidsreise vir die Uitvoerende Hoof.
- Verseker dat die kantoor doeltreffend funksioneer en operasionele prosesse glad verloop.
- Handhaaf βn gestruktureerde, georganiseerde werksomgewing.
πΉ Vergaderings, Afsprake & Kommunikasie
- ReΓ«l en koΓΆrdineer vergaderings, besprekings en sake-geleenthede.
- Neem vergaderingsnotules en verseker opvolg op aksiepunte.
- Hanteer interne en eksterne kommunikasie professioneel.
πΉ Geleentheidsbestuur (Events Management)
- Organiseer uitstallings, golfdae, besigheidsevenemente en ander funksies.
- Bestuur beplanning, logistiek en administrasie rondom spesiale geleenthede.
- KoΓΆrdineer verskaffers, venues, spyseniering en ander belanghebbendes.
πΉ Aankope & Verskaffersbestuur
- Doen aankope van kantoorbenodigdhede en spesiale besigheidseise.
- Werk met verskaffers en diensverskaffers om die beste pryse en gehalte te verseker.
- Hou rekord van begrotings en besteding vir aankope en geleenthede.
πΉ Administratiewe en Dokumentasieondersteuning
- Berei verslae, aanbiedings en belangrike dokumente voor.
- Hou rekord van besigheidslΓͺers en verseker dat administrasie op datum is.
- Werk met digitale en fisiese dokumente vir maklike toegang en orde.
πΉ Proses- en Stelselbestuur
- Werk met rekenaarstelsels en besigheidstelsels om administrasie en operasies te optimaliseer.
- Identifiseer areas vir verbeterde doeltreffendheid en implementeer nuwe werkvloeie.

- Wees vinnig en doeltreffend in die oplos van daaglikse sake-uitdagings.
- Verseker dat vertroulike inligting met die hoogste vlak van professionaliteit hanteer word.
Minimum Vereistes:
β 2-3 jaar ondervinding as 'n Uitvoerende PA, Operasionele Bestuurder of soortgelyke rol.
β Uitstekende rekenaarvaardighede en ervaring met MS Office, besigheidstelsels en prosesse.
β Vlot in Afrikaans en Engels β moet professioneel in beide tale kan kommunikeer.
β Sterk organisasie-, tydsbestuur- en beplanningsvaardighede en leierseienskappe.
β Ondervinding in geleentheidsbeplanning.
β Probleemoplossingsvaardighede en βn selfgedrewe benadering.
β HoΓ« vlak van diskresie en vertroulikheid β professionele hantering van sensitiewe inligting.

Executive PA & Operations Coordinator
Werkie is looking for a highly organized, dynamic, and proactive Executive Personal Assistant & Operations Manager to provide direct support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and ensure the smooth operation of the office.
This is a key role that combines personal assistant, operational, and event management tasks. The ideal candidate will manage schedules and meetings, handle purchases, organize events such as golf days and exhibitions, and assist with daily operational management to ensure business efficiency.

π Salary: R15,000 β R25,000 per month
π Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00 β 17:00, Friday 8:00 β 16:00, one Saturday per month (09:00 β 13:00)

Schedule Management & Office Organization
- Manage and plan appointments, meetings, and business trips for the CEO.
- Ensure the office functions efficiently and operational processes run smoothly.
- Maintain a structured and organized work environment.

Minimum Requirements:
