The Scrum Master will be responsible for overseeing and mentoring a team of technical professionals in the development and maintenance of data solutions, including analysis, design, engineering, implementation, monitoring, and support.

Responsibilities:

Lead, grow, provide advice and support to Data Engineers and Analysts in the data team.
Facilitate Agile development and ensure the scrum frameworks.
Implement processes that enable delivery excellence.
Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
Translate business IT requirements into implementable solutions.
Assess, identify and mitigate potential risks with the data function by complying with technology business policy and process requirements.
Design relevant data solutions and produce specifications and architecture.
Implement functional IT strategy in support of business objectives, with a particular focus on operational and service excellence.

Education:

3 - 5 years BI or data development experience
Completed Degree / Diploma
Good knowledge of architecture and design principles and data governance
Strong experience with MSSQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL
