Identify new Sales prospects and manage existing clients to identify business opportunities as well as assist in the growth of the company. Positions in JHB, PTA Witbank, Secunda, Rustenburg.

Qualifications and experience:

Matric
Tertiary sales qualification will be advantageous
5 years sales representative experience in the mining/power station/construction/petrochemical industry
Code 8 driver's license
Own transport
Experience in welding industry
Proven track record

Gas and gas cutting equipment
Power tools
Lifting equipment
Generators
Compressors
Abrasives
Spares - hand tools
Plasma system

Duties and responsibilities:

Sell products by establishing contact.
Maintain and develop relationship with customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
Recommending solutions.
Visiting and quoting customers.
Following up on quotation.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintain quality service by enforcing company standards.
Invoicing customers and order stock to complete customer back orders.
Doing deliveries when needed only as instructed by management.
Following up on customer back orders.
Completing customer planning and visits.
Doing cold calls to expand customer base.
Arranging and doing demos on welding machines.
Completing company vehicle checklist each Friday and hand to Branch Manager.
Attending to all job-related administration
Attending to any and all ad-hoc duties required by management.
Abide by company's Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
Reach monthly targets and GPs as discussed by Management and according.
Performing additional related duties as assigned by the manager.

Salary R 20 000.00 p/m(minimum) plus R4 500.00 car allowance and R 4 500.00 petrol allowance plus commission.
