Our client, a leading PropTech and Data Solutions company, is seeking a Product Owner to drive the development of their real estate technology platform. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate industry, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable product strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute a product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders, Developers, and UX/UI teams to prioritise product features.
Leverage data-driven insights using tools like Power BI, Google Analytics, and HubSpot.
Manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and oversee Agile/Scrum development processes.
Ensure high-quality product releases through testing, user acceptance, and performance analysis.
Drive customer adoption through effective communication, training, and support strategies.

Requirements:

3+ years' experience as a Product Owner (B2B experience preferred).
Degree/Diploma in a relevant field with certification in Agile/Product Ownership.
Experience managing a product through all life-cycle stages.
Strong knowledge of real estate processes and industry dynamics.
Proficiency with product measurement tools (e.g., Hotjar, and Google Analytics).
Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
